"Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback,
or brain wave training, is a form of conditioning
- sort of aerobic exercise for the brain.
Neurofeedback is a painless, non-invasive technique
that allows an individual to train his/her brain
to be more functional.
The brain is continually working with every other
body system - immune, endocrine, digestive, cardiac
and respiratory systems. If you positively change
any part of this interconnected brain-body network,
you can trigger healthy changes throughout your
whole body.
The Vancouver Sun reported the World Cup champion
Italian soccer team used neurofeedback to improve
the agility and concentration of its team members."

"Now they're trying a brain exercise program
that combines brainwave monitoring and
neurofeedback with popular video games.
'You can actually teach a person how to change
the frequency of their brain waves, which
activates parts of the brain,' said Dr. Margaret
MacDonald, an ADHD specialist. 'Brains work
better and become so-called normal.'"
I have dealt with this topic before but recently I have discovered a resource you can use and just by listening, your brain will receive this brain entrainment. If it doesn't work for you you've lost nothing, but if it makes a noticeable improvement to your life you have WON!!!!
Here is a quote from someone who has used it..I haven't as yet:
"you must stop what your doing and check
this out right now... it changed my life and I've
be doing it for more than 2 years now."

"Hi Stephen,
I just wanted to share my results with you. But first I
want to tell you and anyone reading this something that
has worked well for me over the years. When I evaluate
something, I am not always concerned with HOW something
works, just That It Works. So I invite people reading
this page to consider that as well. To me, I was happy
to get half the results you said, if it just work.
Now, with that said, when I first heard the CD, it was
not what I thought it would be oceans and waves and
moody music. And I skimmed a bit to fast and thought it
had to do with subliminal and positive affirmations etc.
But then I heard the CD and had to go back and read the
web page. Then it made sense. I followed the advice to
the letter. It was odd for the first 5 minutes, then the
next 20 minutes went by in a flash and I got tuned in to
only what was on in my head phones.
So now the results -
As you know, I did not do a brain scan. But, after a few
minutes I was feeling very aware of my activities. I
decide to think it could be placebo effect, i.e. sugar
pill. So I decided to hold off for a day and see how it
went. I felt sharp the whole day. But I needed more. So
I did the same thing on Day 2. Again, it was odd, and I
played along. I am not used to hearing anything like
this. Again, today, I have been laser focused and all I
want to do is tackle my action plan.
What is also worth saying is I have been unable to focus
for more than a few minutes per day the last few weeks.
The last 2 days I have been more active than in the last
7 days alone.
Again, I will not ask you how it works. I will leave the
brain scans to the members of the staff at the state
university, LOL
It worked for me and I recommend it to all my members."
Thanks,
