"Unleash the Power Within"

I recently spent 4 days with Anthony Robbins and over 3000 people. It was a tremendous event. I'm still reeling from the decisions that have flowed from the course.

Since then I have taken the challenge to improve my health in the following ways: deep breathing 3 times daily; rebounding by using the trampoline for 20 minutes a day; using omega 3 and omega 6 oils; consuming 70-80% of foods that are alkali-forming(such as - vegetables, almonds, avocados and lemons); doing aerobic exercise; drinking water throughout the day(for my weight - 2.6 litres); no poisons like sugar, meat, coffee and milk(tuna and salmon ok).

Yes it's that drastic. Changing for the better isn't always easy but you either go for energy and health or you will not live long enough to enjoy what you've been working so hard to achieve.

You can lose weight, give up addictions, focus on greater achievements and improve your relationships. It's all possible if you really want it bad enough.
