Start a Business or Self-Improvement Kickstart?

I have been reading some very good stuff sent to me by Rich Schefren and I want to share it with my readers.

Now it seems to me that when discussing "success" at anything there are some who know more than others so I'm always keen to see what some see that others don't, or what some do that others don't.

There are some basic things that Rich doesn't dismiss and instead goes into detail about discovering our "strengths" and working with these to build our world.
